I'm interested in this article because I use products from both these brands and inclusivity has been a major issue for the makeup industry. This article was about how beauty need to cater towards every customer. It's important to have everyone in your company on the same team and working towards being inclusive towards everyone. Diversity can drive value and make customers feel seen and taken care of. E.L.Fs Value Proposition is " Inclusivity is not optional. Its fundamental, and our entire business is based on that.
